Duties and Responsibilities: (but not limited to)
- Assist all managers/leaders with tracking digital punch-in and punch-outs for our staff and monitoring Overtime and irregularities
- Run errands, make lunch/coffee runs for CEO
- Assist CEO with scheduling and email management
- Handle incoming mail
- Tracking department benefits and expenses
- Sending goodie bags for birthdays and anniversaries
- Planning and preparing KY quarterly team building events for HQ team in KY
- Assist CEO with sensitive matters, including regular email inbox cleanup and maintenance
Work schedule: Monday to Friday - 2PM to 5PM or 2PM to 6PM
Rate: $18 to $20 per hour
