The ideal candidate must have a good attitude, and professional demeanor and be able to work well with others in a busy team environment. Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge are preferred, however, not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers for this position.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will draw on your customer-facing skills and technical acumen to help drive the department's success. Your previous experience with cloud infrastructure, industry technology implementation, strategy development, and customer advocacy will play a critical role in your day-to-day work. You will manage the interface configuration and process of our Applied Epic agency management system. You will regularly engage with diverse stakeholder groups, including Clients, Prospects, Brokers, Underwriters, Download Technicians, Applied Systems Support, Marketing Agents, Sales Executives, and Management. You will use your technical credibility to effectively track, analyze, and communicate various aspects of the Personal Lines Book of Business, as needed by the Director. We leverage cutting-edge technology to help our department operate more efficiently and adapt to changing needs throughout the agency.

· Run the daily download process and manage interface configuration.
· Download and process documents from various carrier websites.
· Manually update non-downloaded policies and endorsements in Epic.
· Enter data in PL Rater and on carrier websites for quoting, policy changes, and review.
· Follow up on policy and billing requests to ensure accuracy and completion.
· Correspond with clients to deliver information or confirmation when necessary.
· Process billing for agency-billed policies.
· Prepare and deliver Evidence of Insurance, Policy Documentation, Auto ID Cards, and additional correspondence as requested by the Director.
· Scan documents to attach electronically in Epic.
· Review carrier websites and notices to track, report, update, and configure commission schedules in Epic.
· Maintain a calendar to assist Sales Executives in scheduling client conferences (phone/video) and meetings.
· Research and online data gathering, as requested.
· Additional tasks, as requested by the Director.
· Must have the ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
· Willingness to independently research and solicit guidance for clarification or problem-solving.
· Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
· Ability to follow departmental workflow processes.
· Exhibit exceptional oral and written communication skills.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Services, and Zoom
· Enthusiasm toward new technologies and ideas, with an eagerness to learn and advance as part of a team.
· Prior experience with Personal lines insurance is a plus.
· Indiana - Property and Casualty is preferred but not required.
