Description
Are you outgoing, detail oriented and love the service industry? We are seeking Customer Service minded individuals to help build relationships with GREAT Customers and Coworkers.
We have openings at multiple locations (Indianapolis and Carmel) and we’re filling them as we go!
Responsibilities and Qualifications will include but not be limited to:
- Provide world class Customer Service by building quality relationships with customers and following up on all customer requests and concerns in a timely manner.
- Retrieve customer orders.
- Operate computer and charge system while maintaining the upkeep of store appearance.
- You should enjoy a fast-paced environment and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Example of hours:
Monday thru Friday 2:00 pm -7:00 pm, and every other Saturday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. These hours may vary.
We have a very competitive starting wage. Great benefits available, our Customer Services Representatives receive free dry cleaning of all work attire and discounts on all other cleaning services. The other great benefit to Classic Cleaners Customer Service Representative is that we are closed on Sundays, so you will never have to work a Sunday.
