What is the job about?
The Customer Service Representative will act as the key conduit of information between the customer and the factory. The Customer Service Representative will act as the key conduit of information between our domestic customers and the factory. The CSR will support parts quotations and order processing for all Process Pump products. The CSR will be responsible for providing status updates on current orders as well as be the focal point for developing delivery schedules for future projects. The CSR must work closely with several different functions of the company (Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, Warranty, etc.) to gather adequate information for all customer inquiries. This position will also provide parts quotations for product that does not require advanced technical analysis or application knowledge. Customer Support Specialist will coordinate logistics requirements and assign RMA’s as needed for returned materials. This position will report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor and will operate daily out of the Indianapolis, Indiana office in a hybrid function. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without support.
