Job Description : Looking for an Experienced assistant, Comfortable with data entry and running Reports (excel spreadsheets, inputting data, etc.

Planning travel, and inputting expense reports. Spanish speaker preferred but not requiredProvide comprehensive support to the Standards & Practices (S&P) department, to include the procurement, tracking and distribution of materials, data entry, monitoring of calendars and schedules, dissemination of reports and maintenance of records and files and keeping abreast of current events that might impact programming.

Also, the Assistant will serve as back-up to the Executive Assistant, covering the EVPs’ desk and the 12th Floor Coordinator, when needed.

Assistant must be able to perform their duties with minimal supervision and complete their work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail as key criteria in both English and, if possible, Spanish.

No supervision of any employees.
