Job Description
In this Payroll Administrative Assistant position, you will assist with auditing, prepping, and calculating payroll. You will be responsible for completing all the payroll administrative tasks, such as filing, returning phone calls, and responding to all emails and mail that we receive.
This position requires having a high level of professional verbal and written communication, which includes accuracy and proper spelling and grammar in all written communication.
We are looking for someone with great time management and excellent organizational skills to work part-time at our Corporate Office in Orem, UT. This position requires you to work in the office.

What to Expect
You will assist our Payroll Administrator with auditing, prepping, and calculating each bi-monthly payroll. You will help our current and previous employees access their paystubs and tax documents. You will assist in completing the verification of employment calls and submitting garnishments to our Payroll/HRIS system. You will also ensure that all payroll mail and emails are responded to each day.
You will help with maintaining and organizing all employment records while making sure everything is filed accurately and promptly.
