Job Description
In an Outside Sales Representative position, you will have a small daily route where you will be treating customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections while providing exceptional customer service.
You will also be responsible for actively canvasing the neighborhood for new customers.
Our Outside Sales Representatives will look for new opportunities to grow our customer base while also ensuring our current customers' needs are fully met.
We strive to solve customers' pest concerns while maintaining customer relationships and providing strategic recommendations.
This position will require you to perform pest control services while actively selling. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to showcase your technical experience while also sharpening your sales and problem-solving skills.

Benefits
Once your training is completed, you will receive a company vehicle to take home along with being provided a fuel card while running a route.
You will also be provided with a Microsoft Surface Pro tablet and a company cell phone.
What to Expect
You will be treating approximately 3 to 6 homes per day. You will conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify pest infestations and devise appropriate treatment plans.
You will communicate clearly with customers about the nature of infestations, the treatment plan, preventative measures, and what services we offer to best help.
You will spend most of your time engaging with local homeowners in a friendly and informative manner, explaining the benefits of Saela's pest control services, addressing questions or concerns, communicating providing, and tailoring your approach and services to the individual needs of each potential client.
You will have monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team and your manager will work closely with you to ensure your success in reaching or exceeding your sales goals.
You will occasionally be required to go to our warehouse located in Kent, WA for meetings, training, restocking of supplies, etc.
Qualifications
Required :
If you have previous experience in pest control, whether in selling or servicing, that is a bonus.
If you have prior experience selling / servicing in HVAC, solar, internet, cable, running an independent route, face-to-face customer service, or other types of in-home technician experience, we strongly encourage you to apply.
