REYNOLDS ADVANCED MATERIALS OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
RAM is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative for our Seattle, WA branch to cover the following territories: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana. We are looking to hire the right person to talk to customers about how our products can help improve their projects, processing, and production. The primary responsibility of a RAM Outside Sales Representative is to drive product sales by solving problems for new and existing customers. You will be part of a team and will receive the full support of your branch and our parent company, Smooth-On, Inc.
Developing a strong knowledge of RAM’s products and their applications is essential for success in this role – so the ideal candidate will be eager to learn about both our materials and how our customers use them for their applications.

Outside Sales Reps should be comfortable working with their hands, appreciate the creative mind at work when using our materials, and enjoy working with a variety of professionals and personality types. New RAM Sales Reps will receive hands-on mentorship & work alongside industry veterans, some with decades of experience – all of whom describe the job as “unlike any sales position you’ve ever heard of.”

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Outside Sales Representative’s primary objective is to increase sales by gaining new accounts and growing business at existing accounts using product and application knowledge in conjunction with problem-solving skills. Outside Sales Representatives travel in a defined geographic territory based on the location of the Reynolds Advanced Materials branch and call on prospects/customers in accordance with the Company Sales Protocol. For training purposes, occasional co-travel with existing Outside Sales Reps and the National Sales Manager will be required to develop an understanding of products and customer applications.
