Rosewood Hotels and Resorts is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Employee file maintenance - filing all employment related documents, moving and updating all files.
  • Assist the Director of Talent and Culture on communication to employees and performance alignment tasks.
  • Assist with EE Insurance, PTO liability, Workers comp, Active/Terminated employees, Employee Appreciation.
  • Enter new hire information into the payroll, benefits, and 401k systems in an accurate and timely manner and work with new hires on any missing information to complete their file.
  • Onboarding activities
  • Ensure the professional handling and safekeeping of confidential team member information.
  • Miscellaneous projects as required by Compensation and Talent Management areas
  • Other duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:*

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Associate's degree in business related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Must possess strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
