Located in the heart of Santa Fe, Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi fuses Southwestern style with five-star elegance and service. Lauded as the best hotel in Santa Fe by leading travel organizations and magazines, the boutique property offers travelers unparalleled access to the city's artistic, cultural and culinary treasures. We are looking for a fun, thoughtful and spirted individual to join our team!

The Role… The PBX Operator will support and report directly to the Front Office Manager. This is a fast-moving business so we are looking for the right individual to be autonomous and be able to pick up multiple tasks and projects at once. Our culture is pacey but supportive, so you must be able to work in synergy with your peers and the different departments around you. Being an active communicator who is customer focused and detail-oriented is a must to ensure the experience we provide is unique, memorable and fun.

Main Duties… · Must have experience answering high-volume phone lines and answering inquiries professionally, timely and to the best of your abilities· Opera experience is a plus, but not a must· Problem solving skills and conflict resolution to any anticipated or current matter· Detail oriented, articulate and ability to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding work environment· Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions· Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday’s (as needed)

Requirements · A minimum of 1 years of experience in a fast paced and
professional environment · Proven success of “champion of the culture,” facilitating
excellent communication, customer service and engagement · Team focused with an understanding of the bigger picture and how you can contribute. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
