Summary :
Provide outstanding service by assisting in the preparation of cold food items such as salads, cold appetizers, desserts, sandwiches, salad dressings, cold banquet platters, and ready-to-serve packages for hotel restaurants.
Follow food safety / sanitation procedures and conduct oneself professionally according to Company Standards while assisting workers engaged in preparing food for the hotels and restaurant guests.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with food preparation tasks.
- Wash, chop, and weigh ingredients.
- Prepare cold food items according to recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the prep area.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco / nicotine-free policy.
