Department Food & Nutrition-Patient Svcs Job Summary Assembles patient meals, prepares cold food items and completes sanitation duties.
Responsible for food preparation according to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. Completes ware-washing tasks as directed.
Required Qualifications - Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed. Preferred Qualifications - Prefer one (1) year experience in a hospitality service environment.
- Prefer verbal ability to read and understand written instructions, recipes, and labels. Mandatory Education Preferred Education HS EQ : High School Diploma, GED or Certificate Required License and Certs Preferred License and Certs- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed.
