Summary:
The Beverage Manager at Rosen Hotels & Resorts coordinates activities of associates engaged in selling alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises They estimate and order food items, liquors, wines, and other beverages, inspect the establishment, and ensure compliance with safety standards and liquor regulations based on Company Standards
- Coordinate activities of associates engaged in selling alcoholic beverages
- Estimate and order food items, liquors, wines, and other beverages to maintain inventory
- Inspect the establishment and observe associates and patrons to ensure compliance with safety standards and liquor regulations
- Plan and arrange promotional programs and advertisements to increase sales
- Extensively walk, stand, and bend during beverage management activities
- Uphold the company's drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the workplace
