Position

As a Sales Account Manager, you'll cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and present our products and services to potential clients. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions for our clients.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of experience in sales is required.
• Candidates with experience in medical sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Knowledge of laboratory terminology is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: base salary $55,000
• Bonus Structure (Account managers are expected to be on track in their first 6 months to earn six figures in their first year of employment.)
• The benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Travel reimbursement and expense coverage.

Ideal start date: Whenever we find the right candidate

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Work Location: Phoenix and the surrounding area
