This contract role could become permanent for the right candidate.Your responsibilities- Assist Team Leader with all aspects Securities and Solicitation Services; Interface with Clients and Team Members.- Create template for Plan Class Report for IT to populate and send report to client for approval.-Assist with management of tabulation, reporting and certification of Plan.- Periodically reach out to key stakeholders to confirm ownership and track completion of tasks, filings, and other regulatory requirements- Manage completion of tasks by the appropriate deadline- Implement and check compliance reports for monitoring and oversight- Assist with the administration of securities transactions including:Complex processing and allocation methodologiesDomestic and international notice dissemination programsSolicitations; rights offeringsTreatment electionsDistribution plans; debt for equity swap
