As the company continues to rapidly expand across the globe, we are searching for a superstar program analyst (like you!) to join our small but mighty California-based corporate compliance team.
In this role, you will be part of a growing global ethics and compliance org responsible for ensuring that Netflix is able to entertain the world with integrity as we scale. You’ll need to be beyond excited about helping an innovative company come up with new workflows and automation solutions to help continuously improve our global compliance program. As a Program Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and upleveling our compliance learning management system. The ideal candidate for this role is a proven innovator in the legal operations space who can lead our efforts to optimize the training experiences for our growing number of global productions. Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow design and implementation of compliance learning management system.
  • Partner with global and regional compliance leads to develop compliance learning content and communications.
  • Oversee content development, delivery, tracking, and reporting for internal and external compliance training.
  • Onboarding users and maintaining user profiles in our learning management system.
  • Administer the anti-corruption training required on our productions worldwide which includes: maintaining production trackers, providing regional leads with timely updates on their productions, attending meetings and syncs (as needed), communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and tracking enrollments to ensure learners have completed training.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical assistance to learners.
  • Maintain training data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Provide project management support for global compliance program initiatives.
  • Provide technical and administrative support for the broader compliance technology stack, e.g. due diligence, knowledge management, and/or analytics tools, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline compliance processes.

Requirements

  • 3 years of substantial experience in legal operations or as a legal/compliance professional at a multinational company or law firm
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment, possess an abundance of intellectual curiosity, focus on generating results, and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of ethics and integrity (especially since we're part of the broader global ethics & compliance team)
  • Technical guru that thrives on mastering new technologies, creating efficiencies, and believes that a process can always be improved
  • Ideally you've already heard of things like the FCPA, UKBA, ESG, AML, etc
  • Superior organizational skills, extraordinary attention to detail (you caught our typo in this job post), and project management capabilities. PMP or CAPM certification a plus
  • Prior experience in learning and development project management, LMS implementation, and/or instructional design is also pretty essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter and fast learner that can work independently while using impeccable judgment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review data and identify trends. Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools a plus
  • Ability to be the life of the corporate compliance party (or at least have some ideas on how to make ethics and compliance training entertaining)
  • Super flexible and interested/able to pivot and eventually evolve into new areas well beyond LMS administration

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $80,000 - $325,000.
