Position Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our industry leading company and be part of a team of dedicated telecommunications professionals seeking to extend wireless services to vulnerable populations and connect them to the things that matter most in their lives such as family, work, school and friends.

The Compliance Analyst will serve a key role in Excess Telecom’s Compliance department performing a wide-array of duties including monitoring the performance of the company and its key vendors, utilizing data analytic tools to identify potential risks, investigating subscriber complaints, and responding to state and federal regulatory audits. The Compliance Analyst is a remote-based position.

Responsibilities

• · Investigate subscriber complaints and potential fraud, and prepare responses based upon findings
• · Initiate remediation of identified non-compliance and areas of organizational risks
• · Upon being trained to use company’s data analytic tools, perform regular monitoring of the company and contracted vendors to measure and assess compliant performance levels
• · Develop new monitoring tools to track and assess compliance using data analytic tools
• · As directed by Compliance supervisor, coordinate company’s response to regulatory audits and ensure timely submission of required documents and data
• · Assist with writing policies and training materials
• · Coordinate entry of compliance information into the Compliance department’s compliance management system as part of compliance program activities

Job Preferences and Requirements

• · Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
• · Experience working in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and Federal Lifeline Program are preferred but not required
• · Demonstrated familiarity with data analytics software applications and databases
• · Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Charts, Grafana, etc.
• · Demonstrated analytical skills working with a database to generate reports and present information used to make business decisions
• · Proficient organizational skills, attention to detail, professional conduct, and effective verbal and written communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000
