Robert Half is currently working with a client looking for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will manage everyday operations and efficiency. As the Office Manager you will be managing administrative staff, office supplies, as well as budgets and other accounting responsibilities. If you have experience managing a wide variety of tasks, this is the Office Manager position for you!What you get to do every single day- Support accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Bank/account reconciliation, and expense reimbursement- Handle any issues that arise with the office, employees, or customers- Own the training, onboarding, and recruiting for new employees- Support operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff- Managing the ordering of inventory and supplies, including researching and negotiating prices with vendors
