Our client is currently looking for an In-House Litigation Paralegal to join the team immediately to work in-house.Duties and Responsibilities:Scanning and organizing legal documents using iManage softwareDrafting subpoenas and shellsResponsible for full processes of document productionExecuting Bates stamping on all documentsManaging discovery responsesChecking cases and citations on WestlawScheduling MSJ hearings and coordinating with involved partiesPreparing binders, compiling exhibits, and other pre-trial preparationsCase organization and managementDocument review using Relativity software
