Adamson Ahdoot, LLP. is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal Near Los Angeles, CA
We are a fast-paced, Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm looking for a skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal/ Legal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process.
This is not an entry level role**, and we are looking for someone with experience and who is a bilingual Spanish speaker.
Responsibilities
- Summarizing cases and preparing reports for attorneys
- Conducting research, investigating facts, and developing legal arguments
- Drafting legal documents such as contracts, depositions, and pleading.
- Preparing and filing documents with courts
- Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases
- Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes
- Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices
- Help with voir dire, jury selection and witness preparation
- Provide assistance with case settlements
Skills and Qualifications
- BA/BS
- Bilingual Spanish
- Paralegal certification preferred.
- 4 years of proven work experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Personal Injury law firm experience is a plus
- Experience in the personal injury field (preferred but not required)
- Tech Savvy, we are a paperless firm
- Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documents, etc.
- Familiarity with statutes, codes, local rules, etc.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer/phone

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
