A high-end midsized firm is seeking a new paralegal for their LA office. This is a new paralegal position the firm is adding due to growth. This person will be responsible for a variety of litigation paralegal tasks. This paralegal will handle employment, commercial, class action, real estate, and other complex litigation. This paralegal will be responsible for:DiscoveryeDiscoverySubpoenasState and federal court filingsLegal researchPreparing for trials, hearings, depositions, etc. (trial binders, notebooks, lists of witnesses and exhibits, etc.)The ideal paralegal will have at least 3 years of litigation experience, although 5 years is preferred.
