This role operates in the food manufacturing industry and will handle crucial HR operations. As a vital part of the HR team, you will be involved with compliance, policy, DEI, hiring, terminations, recruiting, onboarding, and more.
Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day HR operations in a data-focused manner
• Act as the main support for the Corporate HR director, effectively becoming their "right hand"
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures within the organization
• Engage in recruiting activities to attract and retain top talent
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company
• Oversee termination procedures, ensuring they are handled in a respectful and legal manner
• Create and implement DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) strategies to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace
• Utilize a Human Resources Management System for efficient HR administration
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure HR processes align with the overall business strategy
• Work within the manufacturing industry, understanding its unique requirements and adjusting HR strategies accordingly.
