This role involves handling customer inquiries in a call center environment, making outbound calls, and managing data entry tasks. This role offers a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, texts, and emails from customers• Make outbound calls to gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction• Input customer information accurately into the system• Schedule and book jobs as per customer requirements• Follow up on customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally• Collect any outstanding payments from customers• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and record-keeping• Utilize ServiceTitan software for order entry (training provided if needed)• Uphold professional phone etiquette at all times• Collaborate with the team to ensure all customer service tasks are completed efficiently.
