The position entails the responsibility of picking up and delivering crucial legal documents to our clients. This is a full-time role from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Our service area covers three counties: Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. You'll work in a super-friendly environment and will be provided with all the necessary tools to perform the job.
Education/ Work Experience and Job Competencies:
- Associate's Degree or High School diploma/GED with minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred but not required.
Job Competencies:
- Must maintain highest level of confidentiality at all times.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude with both internal & external members.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must have working knowledge of Word, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines/goals.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and take initiative to research variances and correct.
- Strong attention to detail
- Must demonstrate polite and professional demeanor.
- Must be very proficient with inbound and outbound calls.
- Must understand and operate in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
