We are currently looking for a dynamic, energetic, and passionate Customer Service/Order Entry Associate. The Customer Service/Order Entry Associate will be responsible for entering and processing heavy orders (via phone, email, chat) into Navision, monitoring inventory controls and availability, providing quotes and accurate pricing, managing shipping schedules, and providing support to the sales and marketing teams. The Associate will be in constant communication with customers, sales teams and the warehouse confirming orders, informing of shipping date(s), any possible delays and back orders and much more.The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in the wine industry, hospitality, or a similar role in the e-commerce luxury goods field. Candidates must be motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Prior experience utilizing Navision preferred and stellar MS Office Suite skills are required. This is a fantastic opportunity within a well-regarded, fast-paced growing organization. Salary range from 65-70K plus solid benefits.
