The position offers significant opportunities for growth and requires someone who can foster strong, professional relationships in a business-to-business environment.Key Responsibilities:Efficiently manage customer interactions including order processing, tracking, and ensuring timely production and dispatch.Collaborate with various departments including sales, quality assurance, procurement, finance, and production to deliver superior customer service and meet client expectations.Build and sustain robust relationships with a portfolio of key clients to ensure open communication and to surpass client requirements.Support the request for quote (RFQ) process and collaborate with the Global Account Manager to ensure precision and promptness.Evaluate technical specifications provided by clients, proposing improvements, alternative materials, or test strategies as necessary.Engage in continuous learning about our products, manufacturing processes, and the specific applications of our customers.Manage follow-ups on quotations and communicate effectively with clients and the Global Account Manager.Host and manage online client meetings, showcasing excellent problem-solving capabilities and offering viable solutions to any issues that arise.Lead the initiation and examination of formal customer complaints in collaboration with the quality control department.
