Higginbotham, a privately held, independent insurance and financial services firm that ranks within the top 20 nationwide, has an immediate opening for a CDHP Client Manager in our Fort Worth, TX office.

The CDHP Client Manager is responsible for various administration items to service our CDHP clients. 

Essential Tasks:

• Manage a book of clients for day to day servicing needs
• Answer emails/phone calls from Client Contacts and Account Managers/Brokers for billing and client questions relating to FSA/HRA/Commuter Plans
• Process enrollments timely for newly implemented clients
• Enter/process participant enrollments/changes/terminations received via email
• Process weekly enrollments/changes/terminations for clients using SFTP files feeds
• Review data file import exceptions that are automated into the admin system weekly
• Communicate with Clients/Account Managers/Brokers for FSA/HRA renewals to ensure accurate setup and transitions for the next plan year
• Generate Semi-Monthly and Monthly invoices, audit to ensure accuracy, and send to client
• Create NACHA files to draft Clients who have authorized auto-draft
• Follow-up with clients who are late in making payments (for those not set up on auto-draft)
• Monthly/Quarterly account reconciliation of plans and postings

Non-essential Tasks:

• Attends and completes any training sessions or assignments as required
• Performs other related tasks as needed

• Client Facing Experience preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Outlook, Word and Excel preferred

Experience and Education

• High School Diploma or Associates Degree
• Previous benefits or claims experience preferred
• ECFC certified or willingness to obtain certification (paid for by Higginbotham)
