As a Commercial Card Relationship Manager you will lead a portfolio of approximately 20-25 Commercial Bank – Middle Market (MMBSI) Tier 1 (>$20MM in annual spend) clients. You will cultivate and strengthen relationships with your clients by focusing on growth initiatives and retention efforts. You will also work closely with banking and treasury partners, who own the broader client relationship, to ensure efforts, communication, and focus are coordinated and consistent. You will heavily influence client satisfaction through steady and meaningful contact, punctual responsiveness, informative account reviews, sharing of best practices, partnering with service and product teams to resolve issues, and leading structured revenue generating optimization efforts.
