We are seeking an experienced Contract Litigation Paralegal to join our client located in Downtown Los Angeles for a temporary term. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in litigation, providing support to our litigation team in the preparation of legal documentation, legal research, and trial preparation.Primary Responsibilities:1. Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation including preparing pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.2. Conduct legal research on relevant court rules and case law to support case preparation.3. Organize, coordinate and monitor the workload and deadlines involving multiple project assignments.4. Prepare and track document requests and production, subpoenas, and deposition notices.5. Monitor case docket and manage case timeline.6. Assist with collection, review and management of document productions.7. Assist with preparation for, and attend, trials.8. Handle case-related inquiries and correspondence with clients.9. Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, and managing client bills.
