Based out of the Costa Mesa, California area, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a long-term contract / temporary opening.What you get to do every day- Perform special projects as assigned- Provide internal and external audit assistance as required- Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling- Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents- Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners- Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis- Implement full-cycle A/P- Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks- Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed
