The Accounts Payable Clerk will be expected to match and batch code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks.Your responsibilities- Complete special projects on an as-needed basis- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Handle administrative tasks for the AP/Finance Department- Provide support to internal business partners- Provide support during internal and external audits- Carry out a full-cycle A/P- Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies- Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis- Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling
