Company Overview:

We are a leading environmental remediation company, providing comprehensive solutions to clients for over 30 years. Our services include the removal and remediation of hazardous materials such as asbestos, lead, and meth, as well as mold and other environmental hazards. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager / Estimator to join our team.

Job Description:

The constitutes both writing proposals and estimates for current and propsective clients. Project managers are also responsible for overseeing projects start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on-time, and within the budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Conduct pre-project site assessments and prepare cost estimates
• Develop work plans and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with industry regulations and guidelines
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project team members
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in environmental services in abatement/remediation or surveying/inspecting
• 4 years leading projects for general contractors and/or specialty subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of relevant CDPHE, EPA, and OSHA regulations and guidelines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Proficiency in Spanish a REAL plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
