Position Overview: As a Geotechnical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and technical staff to ensure project success while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate geotechnical engineering projects, including site investigations, laboratory testing, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct geotechnical analyses and provide technical expertise to support project design and construction activities.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure project objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster their professional development and growth.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality within the organization and on project sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Colorado, or the ability to obtain licensure within six months of hire.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a focus on project management.
• Strong technical skills in soil mechanics, foundation engineering, and geotechnical analysis.
• Proficiency in geotechnical software such as gINT, PLAXIS, and Slope/W.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
