Job Overview:

As a Sales/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with homeowners and property managers to assess roofing damage, provide detailed proposals, and close sales. This position offers unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance.

Duties:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, networking, and door-to-door outreach.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to assess damage and provide accurate estimates for repairs or replacements.
  • Collaborate with the roofing team to develop comprehensive proposals and present them to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with customers, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Conduct hail & wind damage inspections and handle insurance adjusters.
  • Work with insurance adjusters and assist homeowners with filing insurance claims for weather-related damages.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and insurance claims processes is a plus.
  • Experience with estimate writing is highly desirable.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bonus points: Bilingual (Spanish)
