RisamSoft is Hiring a Strategic Sales Lead Near Irving, TX

Job Details

As the Strategic Sales Lead, you will oversee the entire sales cycle, from pipeline creation and opportunity qualification to securing deals with new clients tailored to the industry. Working closely with our leadership, advisory team, and technical experts, you will devise strategies to ensure optimal outcomes throughout the sales process.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with leadership, technical teams, and advisors to develop a sales strategy that exceeds targets, builds a robust pipeline, and drives results within your industry.

Employ solution-selling techniques to drive sales and build lasting relationships with strategic prospects and key accounts in your assigned sector.

Achieve or surpass quarterly new business sales targets, emphasizing opportunities related to Risamsoft's core service offerings, including machine learning, business intelligence, and data engineering.

Identify and seize opportunities to generate additional revenue through various lead generation tactics, both within our existing client base and beyond.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with account executives at existing clients and strategic partners.

Participate in joint sales efforts with existing clients and partners, supporting mutually beneficial activities throughout the sales process.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer sales interactions.

Efficiently manage and track sales opportunities, ensuring accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Own and oversee the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technical resources to deliver optimal solutions for clients.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a solution-oriented environment.

Solid understanding and familiarity with the Data & AI, BI & Analytics, Cloud & Infrastructure and Application Development, particularly focusing on professional and staffing services.
Proven track record of managing complete sales cycles, from prospecting to deal closure.

Demonstrated success in building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.

Strong drive for achieving results, exceeding sales targets, and contributing to overall business success.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
