Epic Sales Partners supports food retail suppliers throughout the US. This role provides sales support to the Epic Sales Team, Retailers and Manufacturers, focused on creating deal sheets, cost changes, maintaining data integrity, and effectively communicating and collaborating internally and externally.

Core Functions:

Customer Support

• Manage 3rd party portals to ensure deals, new items, and cost changes are maintained
• Pull retailer weekly ads and save on SharePoint
• Reconcile invoices
• Manage, process, and reconcile claims and deductions in a timely manner to keep clients trade financial statements current.

Reporting & Recordkeeping

• Maintain AFS Telus database relating to pricing, promotions, etc.
• Create ad hoc sales reports, as needed to support the business.
• Maintain SharePoint Database of customer and sales records for business use.

Other Administrative Duties

• Timely communication requirements including email and telephone.
• Act as a liaison between vendors and sales team.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled company meetings.
• Receive Mail coming in and ship mail going out.
• Other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of Customer Service experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting – 80% of the time.
• Ability to change positions between sitting, squatting, standing and kneeling on an occasional basis.
• Occasional lifting and moving up to 10 pounds from one location to another, sometimes several feet away from each other.
• Regular use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to see objects, information on computer screens, and/or view written information, from distances of 20-40 feet.
• The employee frequently is required to communicate with co-workers and/or customers and must be able to accurately exchange information.
