Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in state requirements and vehicle options for assigned territories.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including state regulators, DOT inspection centers, and fleet buyers.
• Identify and target potential customers, building strong relationships with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to craft tailored proposals and marketing materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory issues.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, consistently achieving quarterly and annual goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years of sales experience, preferably in corporate fleet sales.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in CRM software, MS Office suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory- 50-75% travel.

Preferred Requirements are a Plus:

• In-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications, purchasing regulations, and fleet operations.
• Existing relationships with state regulators and local fleet buyers preferred.
