Riccardo Maggiore Salon on 57th Street seeks an experienced receptionist to join our Front desk team.

Candidates MUST HAVE reception experience in Salon, Beauty, Fashion, Spa or the Fitness field.

Applicants should be computer literate, possess outstanding customer service skills and enjoy working in an upscale environment. All candidates should be reliable and punctual.5

HOURS

Tuesday through Friday: 1 to close and Saturday 11:00 to close

Closing time is approximately 7:30.

Hours may be increased on busier days for the right candidate

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• answering phones
• booking appointments
• checking customers in and out
• keeping the Front Desk running smoothly
• customer service

Previous experience with Meevo, Millennium, Booker or other booking system is a plus
