As a Motor Coach Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations in a timely and efficient manner. This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous shuttle driving, school bus driving, or commercial driving experience.

Full-time or Part-time Motor Coach Bus Drivers
Location: Chicago, IL, Pittsburgh, PA, Atlanta, GA, New York, NY
Compensation: Starting at $28 hourly [Estimated annual salary range: $65K to $98K ]
Supplemental/Bonus Opportunity: Performance Bonus, Referral Bonus, Monthly Cellphone Allowance, Medical Insurance, 401K
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly with Minimal Out-of-Pocket Expenses

Duties:

· Safely operate a motor coach bus, adhering to predetermined routes and schedules while complying with company policies and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

• Transport passengers to their destinations safely and efficiently
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed
• Communicate and handle passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and presentable motor coach interior
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the motor coach is in good working condition
• Follow established routes and schedules while adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License with a (P) Passenger Endorsement.
• Air Brake Endorsement preferred.
• Maintain a clean driving record with no moving violations or accidents for at least two (2) years.
• No history of DUI/Impaired Driving Violations in the last 5 years.
• Pass pre-employment and regular drug screenings.
• Familiarity with electronic log devices (ELDs/Elogs) for recording hours of service (HOS) and duty status (RODS).
• Meet DOT physical qualifications.
• Flexibility to work over-the-road shifts or away-from-home travel (accommodation provided).
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in English with passengers and coworkers.
