ABOUT THE ROLE

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS & TRAINING
Your duties will encompass converting prospective clients, optimizing CRM systems, networking within the industry, and engaging in continuous training sessions to elevate your sales performance and skillset.
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
This role beckons candidates with a background in sales, a proven track record of meeting sales quotas, and an insatiable thirst for learning. Whether you're a seasoned professional or an up-and-coming talent, we offer extensive training and development under expert guidance.
ROLE SPECIFICATIONS
Compensation Structure: Base salary of $85,000 with commission.
Commission: $500 per Door.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract.
Benefits: Health insurance, Paid time off.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities, Commission pay.
EXPERIENCE
Business Development: 3 years (Required).
Sales: 5 years (Preferred).
License/Certification: Real Estate License (Preferred).
