We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the ongoing projects alongside management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Office Manager/General Manager in the office planning function.
- Assisting accounting with collection of receipts, payments, as needed
- Phone Support with Customers and affiliates
- Managing and implementing schedule/ calendar for project managers and technicians
- Communicating with Field Technicians in order to gain all file information
- Handling and updating all projects/files in a timely manner and through all required portals/methods
- Following status of jobs from start to completion
- Working with Field Technicians to implement systems in order to streamline data transfer
- Scheduling/ordering equipment, tools, or materials needed on projects
- This position includes such other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction
- Previous experience in construction industry
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
