*InTulsa is partnering with Capital Homes to find candidates for this exciting role in Tulsa*
**Location: Tulsa, OK. This is a hybrid position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK**

Intro:

The company is searching for a skilled real estate project coordinator to join the organization as it continues to grow. This position will report directly to the Director of Development, and requires experience in the areas of real estate (title & survey review), finance (loan documentation), and general knowledge of law and finance as it relates to real estate transactions and development. Previous experience with a title company, financial institution, or legal service provider is required.

How you will make an impact:

Project Management

  • Update and manage “Master Project Checklists” during due diligence, finance, site development, and disposition.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and interact across various levels of management.
  • Compose professional business-related correspondence.
  • Accurately draft and proofread documents.
  • Maintain an organized e-filing system.

Legal

  • Work closely and collaboratively with the development team in providing legal and administrative assistance to all existing and potential projects.
  • Assist in coordination of contract compliance, lender financing data, tracking of contract abstract dates, and title/survey review.
  • Have experience in real estate development, zoning, and land entitlement.

Closing Coordination

  • Coordinate and lead communication with title/escrow company.
  • Secure and review third-party report proposals, order reports, lead communication with vendor, and review reports upon receipt. Third-party reports may include phase I environmental, property condition, zoning, and survey.
  • Collect, organize, and review due diligence materials.
  • Work with the acquisitions team to provide lenders with required due diligence and information.
  • Manage the flow and execution of transaction documents from various sources such as title/escrow, lender, legal, investors, and seller.
  • Assist in administrative banking tasks.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or loan administrator with a concentration in real estate, property development or related field.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong sense of pride in work product.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills, including punctuality, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Strong organizational skills, including planning, scheduling, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Must be dependable, dedicated, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be or be willing to apply to become Public Notary.
