About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development IT resource
to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new
business opportunities in the field of Software Development, Cybersecurity, Web
Development, Project Outsourcing, and Project maintenance contract, with a focus on
the corporate and government sectors in California.
Responsibilities:
Leverage existing client relationships and build new ones within the Corporate
and Government sectors in California.
Understand the challenges and needs of potential clients in the area of
cybersecurity and any Software Development.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our
software development solutions.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business development
plans for the IT division.
Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to effectively
position our cybersecurity solutions.
Work collaboratively with other teams members, and marketing teams, to secure
new business and ensure successful client onboarding.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the
IT or cybersecurity industry.
Proven track record of success in identifying and closing new business
opportunities.
Strong understanding of the current Software Development landscape and its
challenges.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Must be located in California (preferably in Bay Area/Sacramento) and willing to
work in a hybrid work environment (combination of office and remote work).
