Potential Applicants will be required to train in our Huntsville, AL store location before hand and have reliable transportation to get to/from work.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve store goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Set sales targets and motivate the team to meet or exceed them
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and offer training and development opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Utilize CMS systems to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Strong knowledge in the buying/trading of product
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
