Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Telesales Operator Manager to oversee our telesales team and drive sales performance. The Telesales Operator Manager will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of telesales operators, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of telesales operators to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor telesales performance and provide coaching, training, and support to improve results.
  • Set clear sales targets and objectives for individual team members and the team as a whole.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Motivate and inspire the telesales team to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on telesales performance and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in telesales management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
