What you will be doing
- Enter timesheets (daily into SAP PRD - CATS - different payroll areas Semi-monthly - and biweekly payrolls
- Enters Any Maintenance (SAP HRP IT 2010, 14, 15)
- Assist processing any off cycle check requests (IT 267, or Correction Checks)
- Assist with gathering information for past claim reports
- Assist with payroll day audit reports (each payroll)
- Assist with processing load files
- 3 Years of Payroll Experience required
- Ability to have strong confidentiality and work with sensitive information
- Strong Attention to Detail •Ability to work in a team setting
- Knowledge of SAP (PRD & HRP)
- Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook programs - preferred)
