RemX is Hiring a Night Dispatcher (Sunday-Thursday 9PM-6AM) Near Pearl River, LA
TYPE: Contract to Hire
HOURS: Sunday-Thursday from 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $23 per hour WHY THIS COMPANY: Our client, a leader in the logistics field, focuses on efficiency and cost reduction for their clients. They provide supply chain support for a variety of industries with regional and local routes for locations around the country.
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Review daily routes and maintain updated status on all routes
- Dispatching loads
- Assign drivers based on certain qualifications and needs of the client
- Update Excel spreadsheet with route and driver information
- Additional duties as assigned by manager
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 years of experience in logistics field is required
- Experience as a dispatcher is preferred
- Must be organized
- Critical thinker
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
