About The Role
A/R Analysts are integral members of the finance team, resolving check depositing queries, working with the bank, reconciling batches, and troubleshooting with the Relay IT team. Additionally, our Accounts Receivable team will review customer deposits on a daily basis and assist with resolving customer inquiries and complaints. Working on the frontline of collections, the A/R Analyst will call customers for disputed credit card payments, bounced checks, and unpaid invoices in order to collect amounts owed to the company.
