Operations Manager

Overview:

Red Truck Men is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting men who uplift and empower one another through the coordination of men's groups centered around breakfast and fellowship. Our mission is to cultivate better men through meaningful connections, mutual support and intentional discipleship.

Red Truck Men is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to ensure the daily business operations of the organization remains in alignment with the vision, mission and philosophy of Red Truck Men.

Expections:

• Manage facilitating Red Truck Men breakfast events
• Manage and update the organization’s database
• Supervise the monitoring and response of the organization’s email communications
• Regularly update and edit content on the organization’s website
• Provide support in managing social media platforms as needed
• Administer support phone call and text messages
• Plan and implement off-site special events and projects

• Mature, experienced proven leader, and business minded
• Proven track record of proficient performance and management
• Exhibit a strong dedication to Christian faith and values
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Embrace a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work early mornings and some weekends
• Some travel is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
