Position : Operations Manager

Location : Charlotte, NC (On-site)

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (all-inclusive)

Bonus: Based on company and division performance

Introduction : A $40M client of ours is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team. My client is a leader in the petrochemical, construction, and refinery industries designing and creating special cooling and heating equipment. The ideal candidate will have management or supervisory experience in the specified industries and a passion for fostering a cohesive and high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and navigate the hierarchy of the team, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Manage 8-10 Project Managers ensuring they have the materials necessary to be successful delivering projects
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications:

• Proven management or supervisory experience in the petrochemical, construction, or refinery industries.
• Experience working with PMs, Project Supervisors/Superintendents, and diverse administrative teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Willingness to relocate to Charlotte, NC.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
